It automatically sends SMS reminders to your patients 24 hours before their appointment, so they do not forget and you reduce no-shows. You enter the appointment once and the reminder goes out on its own. With SMS Reminder's automation, phone call reminders are no longer needed.
The monthly subscription depends on the size of your practice. A solo doctor pays €25 per month. Clinics of 2 to 4 doctors pay €22.50 per doctor per month. Clinics of 5 to 10 doctors pay €20 per doctor per month. Clinics of 10 or more doctors pay €18.50 per doctor per month. On top of the subscription, you pay for the SMS you send at 2.5 cent each. A busy solo doctor with roughly 14 appointments a day over 22 working days sends about 308 SMS a month, which adds about €7.5 to the monthly cost.
You pay for your subscription at the start of each period, but the SMS you send are charged at the end of the month together with the next subscription. If you decide to cancel, you will still want your reminders to keep going until your subscription ends. The deposit covers those final SMS. Once the subscription ends, any remaining balance is refunded to you. The difference between the Cyprus and Greek/UK deposits exists because telecom providers in those countries have almost double the cost of sending SMS.
Messages are sent from DR REMINDER, so patients immediately know the message is from their doctor.
Yes. Reminders can be sent in Greek or English, and you choose the language at the time you enter the appointment.
Yes. Patient data is stored securely and used only to send the reminders you schedule. We cannot access your data unless we have your username and password, something that WE WILL NEVER ASK.
Yes. The system comes in two versions and you automatically get the one that suits you, with nothing to set up. A single practice runs as is. A clinic with several doctors gets the multi-doctor, multi-secretary version. Clinics also choose between two modes: Individual mode, where each secretary is assigned to specific doctors, and Shared mode, where any secretary can handle any doctor.

The system works exactly as it does in reality, but without actually sending SMS. Note that Birthday Reminders, Personal Reminders and the Personal Calendar are not available in demo mode.
